How to play

A smooth colour gradient is sliced into bars and shuffled. Put them back in order, with one end's colour flowing to the other, in as few moves as you can. Drag a bar into place, or tap a bar then tap where it belongs. Double-click a bar or right-click it to lock it: it glows white and can't be picked up by accident, though other bars still slide freely past. Do the same again to unlock.

Daily: Three shared puzzles a day (Easy, Medium and Hard), each ranked on its own global leaderboard. Every puzzle gives you 16 bars and 3 lives, and the clock is running.
Challenge: An endless climb: the gradient tightens every round. See how far you can go before the scale defeats you.
Timed: Solve as many puzzles as you can in two minutes.
Free play: Your own colours and settings, at your own pace, with no leaderboard.

Two ways to stand out on a solve. Both earn a badge on the Daily, and a harder leaderboard in Challenge and Timed:

Flawless: Not a move wasted: you never raise the number of moves still needed, and never return the strip to an arrangement you'd already made (sliding a bar out and back counts as two wasted moves). Losing a life forfeits it.
Perfect: Solved in the fewest moves possible, with no shorter route available. Every Perfect is also Flawless.
